My family and I were tenants in a short term rental while searching for a home to buy. Brandi and her team were incredibly responsive to all our needs and made our stay with them great from start to finish.
Brandi and her team are excellent to work with! I have been using PPMC for my rental property for three years now and have been very satisfied with their services. They provide professional resources to get a property turned around for new tenants in an efficient and economical way. Speaking for myself as a landlord and on behalf of the tenants I've had, Brandi and PPMC are a delight to work with.
Brandi is awesome to work with! She is respectful, professional but so relatable! She always answers her phone and I have enjoyed working with her and their whole company!
We've had PPMC for several years and Brandi and her team are TOP KNOTCH! Communication has been outstanding and never have had any issues!!!! BUT, THEIR best attribute is THEIR HEARTS! During the housing market skyrocket and prices went crazy practically overnight, PPMC kept their rates EXTREMELY REASONABLE caring for their tenents!!! YOU AND YOUR TEAM ROCK, BRANDI!!!!!!
I have only had to call a couple of times in almost 2 years and both times my maintenance issues have been handled promptly and office staff has always been friendly.
Over all I'd recommend working with PPMC if there is an issue they will try to make it right or resolve it. As a tenant they make it a whole lot easier to rent from then alot of other properties do.
I was a tenant with PPMC for four years. I remember Brandi and her team working diligently to prepare the duplex for move-in upon me letting them know I worked remotely. I was astounded at how pristine it was! The properties are very well managed are a great value for the SW side of Springfield. They maintained the upkeep so I rarely had any issues arise. Maintenance was efficient in responding to any calls for service. In any instance where I did reach out to their office, they were nothing less than pleasant.
I worked with Brandi and Brooke and they were both fantastic to work with! They had some issues with a past tenant that pushed back my move-in date, but were willing to help me out. Check-in was smooth and everything was laid out on paper with their expectations. It was such a turnaround from the apartment complex I lived at before! They were super organized and were very upfront about issues as they came up and offered solutions to help make my transition smoother.

I’ve recently taken a huge step in life by moving from one state to another. Majority of the time I worked with Brandi as she was there every step of the way to ensure this would be a smooth move for both my son and I. The way that she was patient enough to not only work with me but give me advice and discuss things with me that really helped the process! I love how she is always available to contact when I need her(even after the lease signing)! I would also like to say thank you to Donna, who remained willing to helped even to the extent of keeping my 8 year old comfortable and content during my lease signing! From the moment I walked into the office I began to feel such strong positive vibes. I most definitely would do business with this company again!
We had great experience living in the property of PPMC. The staff in PPMC are very professional, nice, helpful and easy to communicate with. The duplex we rent was in good condition, new paint and carpet when we moved in. The rent was well-priced, and just increased very less amount when we renewed the lease. We had to end up to break the lease due to the job relocation. The staff in PPMC were very supportive for the whole process. I'll definitely recommend PPMC to everyone who plan to rent a place to live in Springfield.
Brandi and her team were incredibly helpful to me in finding wonderful long term renters for my home in Springfield! While I was busy preparing to move out of the country, Brandi quickly went to work and had my home rented within a couple of weeks! She took care of all the background and qualifying details, lease terms and paperwork as well as provided advice for me on things I didn't even consider. Don't go it alone, let Brandi and her team help you protect your investment, time and sanity! Highly recommend!
I started renting from PPMC in October of 2021. From day one I was very impressed with how these properties are managed. You can always reach anyone at the office quickly and they are very responsive to anything that may need repaired or questions you may have. In addition their properties are very well maintained. I most certainly recommend renting from PPMC
